      - Overnight position. (Great if you’re a night owl). - Work with a small crew.

      Cons

      -Upper management will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite behind your back. Very cut throat environment. - There is a point system. - Toxic workplace. - Benefits were average (health Insurance and etc)

      - Not enough work to do - Management can be a little lazy - No real path for career growth unless you pick up all the work on the team for a long time
