The process of awarding projects is really quick. On other freelancer job sites, takes a few days or even week to be selected to work on a project. I understand for large project, this makes sense. I had to wait 2 weeks to be hired for $50 project.
Here in Flocksy the process most of times don't takes more than a few hours or even minutes. Also, if you meet some requirements on your offer, you may be selected to work automatically.
Cons
Some projects are more complex than others, so It's difficult to complete a professional video editing for a medium complex project within 24 hours.
