      Great office and great people My manager is awesome in helping me grow and learn the freight industry Opportunity to make good commission Benefits are great

      Fast pace, Job duties are the same everyday, can be remote if you want, leadership doesn't really follow up

      Cons

      Far from profitability so everything is based on making money but leadership doesn't really enforce it. Very little career advancement since every dollar is watched for profitability. Many people are complacent. Took away 401K match, unlimited PTO
