This team/department is the most very crap one I have seen along with that the micro-manage things just to pick out mistakes of a person and then tag them on a channel in front of everyone. These people play games internally on channels and then they promote people based on favorites instead of comparing their performance. Also they hire people who don't fit the position correctly and after that, they do not give proper training before that person is made live. Further they have this useless gamification dashboard where even if you perform bad or average based and if you're favorite of the manager or head you would be praised or raised or promoted to Senior or Lead. However, rest would get a big speech on how to improve yourself. Plus they have insanely short SLA (which is not even required) and try to force everyone to adhere to it. Even Microsoft or Google might not be having such SLA's on their side. No one can move away from the screen for a min as everyone is always under a lot of pressure on missing SLA's and getting a rant from them! Example: 60 secs SLA to respond to chats, I mean why exactly? Further managers/head don't maintain the count of people properly and don't hire as much workforce that is needed. Basically, no proper planning is done ever.
