Dysfunctional - Assistant Manager Flip Flop Shops Employee Review

The store is really small, the smell of synthetic rubber is annoying but goes away quickly, you do have to touch like every shoe during a shift, so you get stinky feet smell on your hands but also there is like a film on your hand from treated leather, which in all likelihood is carcinogenic. The Modesto mall is going downhill fast, I was there for a little over a month and during that time 4 guys jumped a man working at a kiosk, caught on video. A group of three guys went around the mall with an air horn, just too dumb of an environment, management is super incompetent.
