They train you in sales, and usually you have a good team to work with. The perks of discounted travel are great.
Cons
Working hours are 7 day rotating roster, working in a female dominated industry can attract nasty behaviours. Pay is minimal and if you aren't in a store that has a good economic development, you struggle to make targets and commissions.
