Pros

Nothing... They have only negative points.

Cons

- Managers are like devil...will suck ur blood. - They will show u like they have very big project and very high profile working environment. - No honest appraisal...Appraisal is equals to buttering. - They basically mentally harass you. - They will kill ur personal life. For coming...they want you ONTIME. But to leave...they want you late night in office. - Managers will never praise you hard work...will always demotivate you and insult you in front of all. - Mr. Amit and Satya are like dogs...always barks on the employees. - They will deduct ur salary on 0.5sec late but still want more working hours. - This company is world's worst company ever. - Mr. Kulshrestha (was a manager but noe in BD dept.) is very deplomatic...always wants to make his points in front of Mr. Amit and Mr. Satya. - No growth and learning. - Managers will never give you the opportunity to learn. - They spy you on each and every activity...you can never do R&D or some study...they will block that site and will insult you in front of all.

Pros

If you want to learn and earn this is a right company. My choice was based on two things, the people and the work. My ideas are not stifled - rather I am challenged to seek solutions beyond the traditional boxes most would expect. Enjoy coming to work!

Cons

I have been here a while. Like I tell most people I interview, I have had opportunities to leave and could never make the case as to why I should.

Pros

Nice people, work from home, no micromanaging. ...but, these same nice people will throw you under the bus to save their own job/reputation.

Cons

Leadership, and technical people, have no idea how to sell, or create a selling organization. They are very prideful Indian people, that can't have an American tell them a better way of doing things.
