Pros
- pros is only for the employers as they are getting all the work done from employees for a extremely less salary - career opportunities.. as they won't hire any new resources they will allocate all the tasks to employees who are are already having piled up tasks even if it's irrelevant to them
Cons
- The founder and co-founder both thinks they own the employees, the co-founder despite being 15+ years in same company doesn't even have basic manners, he insults infront of everybody with unparliamentary words -Lowest of lowest pay but they expect you to work on everything which is not even mentioned in JD -they consider perks for employees as wfh (they don't even have an office and they know wfh employees work till late night) and odd Saturday's off which clearly shows they don't even know the meaning of perks - typical small company mindset, they'll scold you even if you join 2 mins late in morning, but they don't see previous night you would have worked till late night.
