Pros

Benefits & if you want to cheat perfect job for it

Cons

A bunch of traveling and waist of money. If I'm going to have to travel to "train" then lets train. Tons of free booze a ranch in the middle of Texas, dinners out and running here and there is just stupid. If you have a family this is the worse place you can park with all the needles time away. I'm not trying or wanting to hang out with any of you. Like the previous employee stated above "I just want to work get a check and go home" I'm not interested in kicking back and flying here and there for nothing. All this traveling for training and we have "nothing to do" I'm already looking else where and just got hired. I have only seen one minority working here so far, I don't see it being diversified at all and I'm sick of being away from my family so up mamagement thinks they are doing something with fancy hotels, flights, and endless booze

Pros

Flexco truly stands out for how well it treats its employees. The culture is extremely supportive, and leadership genuinely cares about both professional growth and personal well-being. As an intern, I was trusted with real engineering work and meaningful projects rather than busy work. The team is collaborative, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which made it an excellent environment to learn and grow. There is also a strong focus on innovation, hands-on experience, and continuous improvement across departments.

Cons

The only downside I’ve observed is that the starting and long-term salary ceiling may be lower compared to some larger engineering companies, particularly in highly competitive sectors.

Thank you very much for this insightful feedback. It brings us immense joy when our interns recognize the value of our culture. We will take your feedback very serious and do some research on the going rate for entry level engineers. We always try to stay competitive with both our compensation and our benefits.
