It's exciting to be part of the company that’s on the brink of disrupting the market, and you can feel the energy and drive across the entire company.
One thing I love is the absence of micromanagement. You’re trusted to own your work, and leadership empowers you to make meaningful contributions. The culture is highly collaborative, and my colleagues are some of the most supportive, talented, and innovative people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed, which makes the work environment positive and inspiring.
