Pros
You will get to work with a lot of brilliant people. Work is fast paced with almost no red tape like at the bigger firms. Job stability is a plus point.
Cons
Work can get very intense as the teams are very small and close-knit but there are almost no backups for most roles. This also means you will learn to manage time better than at most other firms and will learn a lot in even a small time. Not located centrally so commute can be a concern if you aren't on Long Island although there is a smaller NYC office.
