1. Limited opportunities to learn and grow due to a lack of talented professionals. 2. The company uses extremely outdated technology, reminiscent of the 1990s, a programmer manager has never heard of Docker (but they're proud of it idk why) 3. Using these extremely outdated tech every day will make you extremely sleepy at work. 4. Bad location, the company is inside an extremely old building, and no good things to eat at lunch. (If you can’t find a job, consider this place only as a last resort. Although its salary is low, it could cover your basic living expenses during the time when you are searching for a better company. However, there’s a risk, if you don’t secure another job quickly, staying here could make it harder to find one later, as you’ll become increasingly out of touch with modern technology as a tech guy.)
