Old and repetitive - Material Handler Flex Tech (TX) Employee Review

Ownership & Culture! When you put a great owner and a great culture together, and add the best team I could ask for...you know you have finally arrived. We all truly love and serve each other! We are one big happy family! We work hard and we play hard. I will say this...we have the most wonderful owner, with the biggest heart! There is nothing he wouldn't do to help someone. We are all so blessed to be a part of such a great company! John James, thank you for all you do for so many!

No cons as it pertains to Flex Tech! Trying to help people who sometimes don't want to help themselves. Being in staffing is quite challenging these days! We have the jobs....just need people that truly want to work and show up on time! That's the only con, and it's not about Flex Tech, its about the industry.

Working for Flextech now for over 2 years and it has been GREAT! Nothing but positive vibes and great energy. The owner John has been very supportive and helpful. Overall, Flextech has made a big difference in my life with all the great people by myside. I dont see myself going anywhere else.

To be honest, i dont see anything wrong other than sometimes it takes a couple of days to find jobs for people but thats why we recruit.
