Pros
You get paid on time Exposure to different clients
Cons
Owners have no industry experience prior before starting the company, Most of the "seniors" you work with are first jobbers who have stayed with the company for a long time that blindly follow their practices. Lack of communication in projects, which are also poorly organized that always run over the timeline. The workload is always unbalanced and requirements are always incomplete yet they blame you when the project is not going smoothly. No training and little support for new people who joined the company, and they expect new people with no experience to "take lead" (just look at their job description requirements). A lot of favoritism and politics in play here that does not reward hard work but being able to click well with their BS. Stay away if possible, you won't gain anything useful working in a company with inexperienced and incompetent leadership.
