Pros
The work is really easy. The machines do almost all the work you just have to make sure there are no defects.
Cons
You have to work at a fast pace in order to keep up with the rest of the team. Each cell/ area is made up of around 4-6 team members who you have to work with all day. You may not leave to clock out until someone from the next shift replaces you. Even if that means staying after 5 minutes. If something is defective or the lift drivers don't take the racks and you have no space. The supervisors don't care and will not turn off the machine or try to help you.
