Room for improvement - HRM Flex HR Employee Review

Flex HR has the best culture. The company has really grown since the pandemic for the better. We've adapted to working remotely and are better versed for it. The camaraderie between teams and employees is so refreshing to see. Everyone is so willing to help and offer support or information so that we can all be successful. Another Pro is that Flex HR supports career growth opportunities.

one con that is also a positive thing, is that our company believes in proactively staying ahead of technology, so when we add new tools, sometimes there is a learning curve to use the new tool or technology, however, these tools and technology will strengthen our work in the long run.

Supportive management, strong shared knowledge network, good pay, flexibility, and there is always room for growth.

Better benefits. While the whole benefits package( health, continuing education, PTO,401k) is good the health benefits are on the pricier side
