Pros
Really good young staff, and great opportunities for interns/grads. The recent merger was a bit of a struggle, but has worked out well (despite some layoffs). Great buzz in the office, from the various teams working on a range of amazing campaigns. Nice mix of backgrounds of all the staff. Many females in leadership positions.
Cons
People love to keep their work to themselves, to impress their own bosses, instead of working as a team. Some line managers have favourites, giving their friends preferential treatment in terms of career. This can be seen by their active social accounts (that only shows their close friends). It is difficult to improve in your career if you aren't your manager's favourite.
