      None really that I can speak about here.

      Cons

      This company's actual rating is more like a 2.1. If you look at the review trend, it spiked up dramatically in a very short amount of time. I have reported this to glassdoor but they don't seem to be doing anything about it.

      Pros

      Able to get time off when needed.

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication. Management is clueless. Forced to push out work with complete disregard for doing the job correctly, just worried about goals. Overboard on new safety policies for shareholders sake, not actual employees safety. Overpricing themselves out of work. Training is non existent.
