      Pros

      The folks who are not a part of management are great to work with. A very friendly and helpful group.

      Cons

      The CIO is crazy and definitely cannot be trusted. The same goes for the CFO and HR is basically a toothless group that cow tails to upper management. Employees have no rights whatsoever and no one in HR to stand up for them. I highly recommend you look for other employment.

      Pros

      Able to get time off when needed.

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication. Management is clueless. Forced to push out work with complete disregard for doing the job correctly, just worried about goals. Overboard on new safety policies for shareholders sake, not actual employees safety. Overpricing themselves out of work. Training is non existent.
