Pros
Paid breaks, sick pay, some great coworkers and that’s about it.
Cons
By far the worst management and upper management I’ve ever seen from any corporate retail store. I’m not sure how this company is still around with the way they treat their hardworking employees. Not only are they bad at managing and training, most of the managers, particularly the GM and logistics mgr at my store were very rude, intimidating and condescending people who had ZERO respect for their hardworking employees and TLs who bust their backs on corporate greed of poor pay, low staffing and a horrible, disorganized, chaotic, and stressful working environment. My advice, run away from Fleet Farm and go work anywhere else. They will work you to the bone and they will not give you any opportunities to be the best you can because they only care about their precious profits and credit cards… not you! But, I find it funny they can blame us when sales or credit cards are down when we have no staff to help sell and run the store. You know what happens corporate? It means we are too busy to help customers because we are swamped with freight and tasks. Give us a dang break or schedule more people. This company is a joke!
