      None whatsoever. Honestly zero pros.

      Cons

      Toxic management who micromanage absolutely everything. They treat everyone like children and want robots in the seats, who never move. They can't see anyone's value and treat everyone the same, even those who go above and beyond.

      management, the cliques within the office. an extreme amount of favoritism to those who are willing to go out of their way to brown nose with the management. no opportunity to progress if you're not within the clique. poor hr.
