The only bad thing about Fledging was that I wasn't able to work there longer.

Can't say enough positive things about this organization. Starting with leadership, the team not only did everything in their power to help you be successful but led the company with the utmost integrity, passion and desire to grow. Feedback was quick and constructive and you could tell everyone was completely bought in. The CEO was everything you could hope for in a leader and is an expert in his role and delivers on a positive impact. I learned tremendously from him and value all the time working together. The Head of Marketing also worked closely with me and has an unbelievable knowledge of the industry and how to drive a marketing approach for a business. I was blown away by the expertise delivered and the personable way she engaged as we worked together. In addition, the Head of Product showed an incredible resolve to organize and deliver on a complex workflow within the business. He built the system from the ground up and truly turned it into a well oiled machine. I cannot overstate the positive impact Fledging, and specifically the team, made on me. I would work with any of them in the future without hesitation and know they will provide a tremendous ROI for any organization they may work with in the future beyond Fledging.

All startups come with unique challenges and sometimes it's hard to get in front of them before recognizing they're already here. The team wasn't perfect but they did execute on a vital principal in moving a business forward - learning from mistakes and not repeating them. Kudos to them for that and making the company better!
