      Pros

      I enjoyed the small company environment and it was nice to be able to see the faces of higher ups within the company. The work on the floor was fast paced and some of the supervisors tended to have bad days.

      Cons

      I thought some of the work was bland. It tended to be very hot in the summer and it would have been nice to have more attention.
