      Great projects in K-12 education. Office is intimate and friendly.

      Cons

      Constantly overworked. Principles not caring for career development of designers in pursuit of licensure.

      Pros

      Great People Work / Life Balance Good Neighborhood for lunch etc. Lots of potential

      Cons

      Design methodology and vision is not clear. Vectorworks is used as an all encompassing drawing tool, which means you design and develop sets on it = Slow and not thorough. Needs newer/younger (and quicker) software ie. Rhino for design.

      small closely held company - access to principals easy - design competitions are encouraged and supported

      Cons

      benefits could be better, never sure of viability of the firm and goals of the owners, insecurity about the future
