Flexible working arrangements, amazing team, inspiring authors and a catalogue of beautiful products that just sell themselves. I felt like my work was truly valued and that inspired me to be even more creative and take initiative. I genuinely enjoyed working for this company, this experience has given me a lot and helped me grow my confidence.

It's a small company and doesn't offer many options for career advancement. Also, jobs in publishing may not be as well paid as jobs in other industries.

I was lucky enough to get an internship with this company through my university in 2018. It was a wonderful experience. The entire company were friendly and welcoming, like a close-knit family, and treated me like I had been working there for years within the first few days, even taking me out for lunch one day. The head editor gave me a wide range of tasks and was always happy to help if I had any questions. I had the opportunity to work on multiple manuscripts and projects and see them through to print, learn many new skills and finetune existing ones and felt truly appreciated for my work. Great flexible working hours and always something new and interesting to do.

No cons, only wish I could have stayed longer!
