from my point of view to work in this company is quite good, they help you to grow and there are many oportunities to be promoted in the company. people is very friendly.
Cons
Sometimes work is quite hard and if you are emplyed, is possible that you ahve to work overtime.
Work is no well shared and there are people who works a lot and people who doesn't work at all.
