      Pros

      Flagstar is showing a lot of positive momentum since new leadership took over. I have the utmost confidence in the new leadership team and their vision for the bank. Work culture and leadership is night and day different (in a far better way) from the previous bank I came from.

      Antiquated technology, but showing signs of improvement with increased investment

      Clients are amazing. Made some real friends.

      Cons

      No advancement. Will promise you the world to get you to stay. Ask you to give as much notice as possible when you are leaving but will find a ridiculous reason to fire you. Never hitting financial targets so no bonuses. Terrible branch management.
