Clique environment- coworkers will ignore if they don't like you & the manager and director are best friends so good luck ever being heard by any of them. Very mean girls attitude while smiling in your face.
Hyper vigilant on what you're doing even if you get up to get water or use the restroom.
RCM manager and director just believe one another and neither does their own due diligence ( faking writeups when no conversation was ever had), just looking for ways to fire you.
None of the higher ups, other than the CFO, have small children so they are not understanding of family emergencies.
Will annotate every single thing you do or ASK to hold against you. Yes, even simple questions! Terrible feeling like you're always being watched.
