Full of very motivated people who truly want the company to succeed. Science can be sometimes exciting, and funding is in a better place than many. Salaries are competitive.

Chaotic, whole approach changes every couple of years so uncertainty is constant. Much of the core business is dependent on the CEO's whims, and everyone under is fighting eachother for his attention. Heavy workload, plus long term incentives are essentially imaginary. Company values those who can pitch over those who can deliver, and speed over quality.
