"People-First": Being a family business resonates through all departments and interactions at FlagShip – it is how we all operate! We treat our team like family and our customers are not just a number. Coming from a big corporate landscape, this is always what I loved about FlagShip! Work Built on Integrity: I love working with leaders that don’t take the easy way and don’t cut corners. There’s a shared pride in doing "good work". Trust Over Micromanagement: I’m proud of the fact that we don't hover. We hire smart people, set clear expectations, and then get out of the way to let our employees shine. I’m genuinely proud to be part of this team. There’s no limit to the impact we can have on the small business community in Canada.

None to report! However, if I had to give a suggestion on what we can do 'better' perhaps find a way to communicate our impact on Canadian SMBs. Example, we know we’re helping small businesses, but we aren't always great at proving it with hard facts. I’d like us to get better at showing exactly how much of a difference we’re making for our clients (because we know we do!)
