Pros
I worked as an intern for Flackable for just about a year, from the summer leading into my senior year of college until graduation. The experience and practical skills I developed while working at Flackable were by far the most valuable of my college career. Although I worked remotely, I had a direct line of communication to my supervisors and could reach them whenever I needed. After training, I was given ample opportunities to learn, develop, and prove my competencies. The feedback I received was always constructive and drove me to produce at my highest possible level. The standard of excellence that the senior team members have is conducive to rapid skill development and self-evident from the relationships that the organization and its team members have built with their clients. I'm very grateful for the time I had with the organization, the individualized mentorship I was given, and I wish them nothing but the best in the future.
Cons
The opportunity to work from remotely requires an elevated level of discipline and focus that some might find difficult to manage when first starting out. This took me about a week to get used to, but once a routine was developed, working remotely became a significant convenience for me.
