Pros
Fjord used to have a culture of collaboration and innovation, independent of the backstabbing, delivery focused, more of the same, culture of its parent organisation, but that was gone once the leadership left.
Cons
Lack of leadership skills at senior management level, ethically questionable behaviour (people stealing others work, etc.), poor organisation design and bad culture. Career progress only available for those who are cut from the same cloth, with no room for diversity. The former owners gave up on it completely and are busy planning what to do with their bonuses instead.
