It's a toss up - Shop Floor Fives Employee Review

Very disorganized, a logistical and financial mess. Many long term employees are borderline incompetent, devious and untrustworthy. Work hard at achieving goals set by upper management, and expect to receive nothing in return. Yearly "merit raises" are a sham; very little difference in compensation between a high performer vs. someone half assing their work. Newer employees have to compensate for older employees slacking.
