Pros
Thinking really hard, but nothing comes to mind.
Cons
No. Don't do it. No matter how desperate you are, keep looking. This organization is toxic...extremely bad senior management. HR is a clown show. You'll be stifled by the old school attitude and environment. And you'll be stuck there for a nine hour work day (they conveniently fail to mention this in the interview) with a whopping half hour for lunch (nope...you won't be bonding with your new colleagues over lunch...not enough time to go out...the half hour limit is enforced). That's OK...you'll get to know them when you spend endless hours in pointless non-productive meetings. But hey, you can stay even later to get your actual work done (it's expected). While you're at it, watch your back; if something goes wrong, the finger pointing starts. Here comes the bus! And how about the open floor plan? It's distracting and stressful but as that crack management team knows, if you need to be able to see employees at all times to make sure they're working (hint: teleworking won't be happening). It's not a pretty picture if you're accustomed to professionalism, respect, trust and and flexibility. You can do so look much better.
