* Bi-Weekly Catered Lunch * Stocked Kitchen * Free Clothes and monthly packages * Paid Parking

* The office is not located in the most convenient location, you will be stuck in local traffic no matter which direction you are coming from. * Upper Management will play the favoritism game and compensate workers they like, not based on their job performance. * You are severely underpaid and promotions are rare, unless you are a favorite. * CEO is very condescending and have no clear cut direction in what he wants to do. He likes new shiny things and expects his employees to make it happen, he will be extremely disrespectful if you do not agree with him. * There is no accountability, people like to point fingers and throw others under the bus.
