Friendly environment and lot of learning curve.

Pay is good. Tons of exposure to a multitude of clients & technologies. Mostly everyone is team player. Cellphone stipend.

Pay is once a month an antiquated frequency, especially for the lower tier employees making 40-60k. Hiring is slower than workload growth, leading to some late nights or stressful days catching up
