      There are some managers who do try to work with their employees and seem to truly value them. There are some great people to work with. Team work on lowerv levels is great.

      Cons

      No recognition for good work, negative company culture.

      Great workers ,Bad management ,low pay no room for growth within the company . They will work you to death .they make promises they never keep. Raises far and in-between if ever . Big promises not much delivery .If your in the click your good if you make waves or speak up your out. Absolute horrible HR department .....
