Flexible for students (once you know what you are doing and as long as you get your stuff done on time and well, they are good about letting you do homework on downtime).

Computer system can be a bit tricky at first and there is a bit of a learning curve with the software. It is necessary to have self advocacy skills for raises and company issues.
