Terrible pay and no room for discussion on it. Direct competitors compensation are on GlassDoor and are very accurate. Go there instead. Poor vacation time and sick time policy. No accommodations for WFH outside of the pandemic. They want employees back now and will fire you otherwise. Promotion process can be very unfair. Was told that promotions don’t occur within first year, but a colleague who joined after me (a man..) was promoted.
