- Good bonus - Work life balance is good depending on which team and manager - No one cares what you do
Cons
- Senior management unappreciative of the work you do and hours you put in - Projects which you have worked, so hard on will be taken away from you without any consultation. - You will be brought in as a developer but end up as a content author. - Too much Politics happening in the business - Tech people do not get the training required to stay on top of latest skills - Tech people are not allowed to code
