      - Great company if you have a family. - Hours are regular 9-6 - (Pre-pandemic) - allowed 1 day to WFH; Sr Mgmt may be able to get more - Slowly giving opportunities to learn/collab with other groups

      - Pay below market but that's what you get for the easier life - Lot of politics/hurdles to further your career
