Pros
Willing to train you on courses that you might need. They are very considerate to personal circumstances. Modern offices in good location lots of nice places to eat. Relaxed dress code. Big company with nice benefits, they do try hard.
Cons
Depending on department, progression is quite poor and knowledge sharing is non existent. The IT department is also very conservative and at least half the senior staff are unwilling to be adventurous with technology decisions or try new things. There is also a culture of eschewing conventions and standards.
