Analysts that care about about doing thoughtful analysis. Excellent opportunity to interact with C-suite management and develop credit analysis fundamental
Cons
No career development. Compensation is awful. Upper management that does not value the analytical function and is more concerned about staying out of trouble with regulators. Work/ life balance used to be excellent .........not anymore.
