Pros
If you have initiative, like working with bright and talented people FL is a great place to work. With many years experience of working in professional services, this is by far the best working environment i have come across. Little in the way of office politics, people focus on tasks, doing a good job and have real loyalty to clients Management team respect hard work and support you when you fail. There is little in the way of blame culture, rather a desire to solve problems. Recent changes in management structure has created a highly talented and effective global leadership team. I get regular job offers....always turn them down because the working environment here incorporates the right mix of challenge, reward and support.
Cons
Perhaps too slow to respond to market dynamics. Career progression/management needs to be considered more carefully, especially for more recent joiners. Only recently recognized the importance of internal training (ironic given what we offer to clients)
