      Pros

      One of the best leadership at top to work for. You get to have max interactions with your boss and get your mindset trained to own the business. Inculcates entrepreneurship and ownership for the product. Allows to learn a lot and think outside the box. On time Salary and benefits courtesy the deep-pocketed investors. Work-spaces keep adding and great scope to travel a lot and explore.

      Cons

      Leaves comparable are less than industry standard. Timings are prone to frequent changes and not a good thing

      Pros

      - Excellent work culture - flexible timings - Focus is on result oriented, so dont have to meddle with much politics from within - Ideal startup to work and learn - Through their CONNECT board - can easily put across views to management - Well funded and got some great names; job security and satisfaction - Ample scope to travel and gain rapid growth

      Cons

      - End decision is taken by the Chairman. Some mechanism, one can put forth honest views. - Reviews need to be more transparent. - They have a least asset approach, offices diversified ; sometimes takes time to connect with counterpart.

      - Best offices - Flexible Working Hours - Exceptional learning because of the time top management, especially founding team like Asish Dash, Rddhi Krishnamurthy, Shiven n all put so much time in your development, feels like family

      Cons

      - Sometimes the work burden is too much. - More hiring could be great - Extensive travelling
