Pros
None that outweigh the Cons.
Cons
- First off, the current president is a joke (as a professional and as a person), what an ego maniac, with a God syndrome, but also a coward because he is nowhere to be found when actually needed (case in point, he's been president for over a year now, and this site still shows the previous president)... wake up sir!!! - If the president is a joke, the people he hires (because they are friends) are also jokes. They are not leaders, they are bosses. In this case the saying is true: people don't quit on jobs, they quit on bosses. - Everyone operates out of fear; therefore, everyone is very quick to blame others, rather than have a constructive conversation, and work together towards a solution. - Pay is super low (always a low budget), no overtime allowed, yet required to constantly (pretty much always) work over 40 hours a week, and sometimes required (mandatory) to work all weekend. - No processes in place, and whenever someone mentions the idea of creating a process to improve service, that person is silenced HARD! - Lack of proper planning is an understatement.... there simply is NO PLANNING. - If it weren't for the historic nature of the campus and the HBCU support it receives from the community at large, this schools would close in 6 months. - The list could go on and on with specific examples, but it would have to be through a different forum, not here.
