There are literally no pros.

They do not care about you. You never get thanked or showed appreciation no matter how hard working you are. They do not treat people fairly or with respect. Staff are treated like dirt on a shoe and constantly made to feel irrelevant and unvalued no matter how hard you work. You’re only important if you’ve been with the business for 100 years or part of the management team… Or a man! It’s a sexist company. Women are not taken seriously and are only there for decoration. If a woman has an opinion… you’re rude, or bossy or just moaning. The HR team are rude, fake and patronising. They also don’t know how to smile. I worked in the e-commerce team and I was not allowed to work from? I had to be in the office 5 days a week including 1 in 3 Saturdays. The salesman are creepy. Constant empty promises to progress you. I asked for more pay and I was laughed at and told ‘only managers get paid that’… found a job for the exact amount of pay I asked for months later … And it’s not a management role… The company is old fashioned and HORRIBLE to work for. Please avoid.

The company fosters a welcoming and friendly environment where staff are approachable and always willing to help. They are very supportive of using the latest technology and aren’t afraid to invest in the right tools to keep projects moving forward. Recent efforts to overhaul HR policies have been a significant positive, showing the company's commitment to improving the workplace for everyone.

One downside is the lack of hybrid working options, which could offer more flexibility for employees. Additionally, while the company provides decent benefits, they aren’t as competitive as those offered by similar organizations. Lastly, the office space could use some modernization, as some of the facilities feel a bit outdated.
