The company is doing great work in an interesting industry. The people care about what they do, and the leadership are working hard to make it a good place to work.

None that I see today.

The people I directly work with, the patient focused goals, the recruitment policy, growth and development, opportunities for people willing to take them.

Impossible company targets, no support from senior company execs even after said impossible targets, wide reaching declarations without thought for consequences at individual sites. Basically, the company has expanded so quickly for so long that the executive team seemingly have no idea of the consequences of their actions. They waffle on about Quality but only really pay attention to growth and profit.
