Really great benefits, with 20 week parental leave, good PTO pool, and diverse staffing.
Cons
Quickly moving towards AI forward programming and out of country call center agents in order to cut costs. Opened a new call center in Jamaica just months before laying off dozens of American based call center agents and supervisors. Having agents train the AI program that they are using to reduce staffing. Also forcefully moving agents to different departments with different schedules and expectations with very little warning, sometimes only days in advance, and terminating employees who cannot or will not make the switch.
