Good work life balance. Stable work environment, management takes care of employees, no need to worry for happy-go-lucky fellows. getting onsite opportunity is a bonus if you are lucky
Cons
Not at par in technology. you will have to struggle to remain competitive. Company is mostly US driven, so less opportunity for actual innovation.
